Adopter will provide the Animal with proper and sufficient food, water, shelter, kind treatment and humane protection from other animals and humans at all times.

ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK: Adopter understands HCHS does not guarantee the health, training, or temperament of the animals that it places for adoption. Adopter hereby assumes any and all risk of loss, damage, or injury of any kind to any person or property which may result from the adoption of an animal from HCHS.

Adopter fully and Hill Country Humane Society, HCHS, all parties to the HCHS Interlocal Agreement, and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and servants from (A) any defects or illnesses this Animal may have or develop, and (B) any claim, cause of action or liability for any injury or damage to persons, animals, or property which may be caused by the Animal.
