Hill Country Humane Society
The Hill Country Humane Society (HCHS) is a 501(c)3 non-profit managed admission animal shelter facility. HCHS contracts with the counties of Llano and Burnet, as well as the cities of Burnet, Bertram, Granite Shoals, Cottonwood Shores, Sunrise Beach, and Horseshoe Bay to provide sheltering services for homeless dogs and cats.

Networks with rescue groups and other shelters
Offers low-cost microchipping for the public
